Glossary

These terms will appear frequently throughout the documentation. Understanding them upfront will make things easier.

• bot_id — Unique identifier for a Bot
• bot_token — Credential used by a Bot to call runtime APIs
• callback_url — URL where a Bot receives event callbacks
• chat_id — Target conversation ID
• thread_id — Thread conversation ID
• msg_type — Message type identifier
